Kehua has commissioned a 10MW solar power system at a major tyre manufacturing facility in Thailand, deploying its SPI125K-B high-efficiency inverters.

The installation will generate an annual 13 GWh of clean electricity, eliminating 12,300 metric tons of CO₂ and reducing operational costs by over 50%, with a projected return on investment within three years.

The SPI125K-B inverters, engineered for harsh tropical environments, ensure 99.9% system uptime despite Thailand’s extremes of high humidity and temperature. Advanced grid-support functions, including reactive power compensation and low-voltage ride-through, guarantee stable integration with the local power grid. Kehua’s proprietary smart monitoring platform enables real-time performance optimization and predictive maintenance, minimizing downtime risks.

Beyond the environmental benefits, the project strengthens the manufacturer’s competitive positioning. By aligning with Thailand’s Carbon Neutrality 2050 strategy and global ESG standards, the facility has emerged as a regional benchmark for sustainable manufacturing. The scalable design allows for future capacity expansions to meet growing production demands, ensuring long-term energy security amid volatile electricity markets while maintaining cost predictability.
