Sineng Electric has launched a state-of-the-art 430kW liquid cooled string PCS, setting a new benchmark in high-power energy storage, delivering superior efficiency, reliability and safety.

The product offers flexibility across a wide range of application scenarios while optimizing the Levelized Cost of Storage (LCOS). Featuring advanced technology and an innovative architecture, it features different configurations, ensuring flexible scalability and compatibility with 6MWh+ battery containers.

Harnessing advanced liquid cooling technology, the PCS achieves balanced heat dissipation and reduces overall temperature rise by 5K. This thermal management not only extends the product’s operational lifespan to 25 years, but also improves charging and discharging efficiency, directly enhancing return on investment.

The integration of liquid cooling technology with an optimized power control algorithm allows the PCS to improve round-trip efficiency (RTE) by 0.2% while reducing auxiliary power consumption by 30%. Its cluster-level management increases system charge and discharge capacity by over 7% throughout its lifecycle, thereby maximizing operational cost-effectiveness.

By incorporating next-generation grid-forming technology, the PCS delivers exceptional stability across modern power systems. With capabilities including seamless on-grid and off-grid switching, continuous fault ride-through, grid inertia response and primary frequency response, the solution ensures grid resilience even in the most challenging conditions.
The product can be configured into a 6.25MW MV turnkey station. In a 100MW energy storage project, this solution can reduce the number of devices by 20%, thereby lowering the cost per kWh by 0.27 cents.
